Some sugar, some spice, extra masala or should we say magic masala all of this is what makes food the ultimate delight of the day. Can’t say it for all but we surely live for food and think of it every second. Planning for dinner begins with breakfast. Scrolling on Instagram takes a toll on our gut as well when random food bloggers let their unjust, unreachable post reach our feed. All of this while we eat our basic potatoes and there’s an image of biryani on social media that we can’t resist.

All this we are stuck in a pandemic and that one thing you thought you will have tomorrow was suddenly unachievable. Considerably the situation was much worse for many but if you are one of those privileged people who are doing their best from their homes to find the needful for all the people you can help, you need something to cheer and divert your mood every evening. And food can do just the right thing to uplift your mood and prepare you for what’s coming tomorrow.

Making fritters becomes quite a common thing especially when we are home and this is the time that calls just for it. Make different kinds of hitters every day and enjoy them every evening.
