  • Conclude with an electronic signature by moving on to Step 13. Once you hit the submit button, you’ll be directed to a page where you can pay using various methods, including a demand draft, net banking, or a credit or debit card.
  • Take a printout of the receipt generated after successful payment. Include this with paper copies of your online submissions to the NSDL e-gov office and send them both via regular mail. Put your photo and signature in the space provided on the slip. Make sure to write “Application for PAN Change” and the accompanying acknowledgement number on the envelope.

How to Modify PAN Card Offline?

You only need to download and print the PAN card correction form to make offline changes to the details on your PAN card.

  • Be sure you include the necessary and correct information in the spaces provided on the form.
  • You will need to attach two passport-size photos of yourself.
  • Sign the form with your left thumbprint (in the appropriate locations).
  • At this point, you must write a demand draft made out to NSDL and deliver it to the organization’s registered address.

If you are a foreigner, you produce copies of the following documents to verify your identity and residential address.

How To Change Your Address On PAN Card?
