Agile Project management simply means a group of individuals who choose to live on the predetermined details of a particular project.  Role in project is given to some individuals who are responsible for the creation of an activity plan, budget, and performance reports.  The list of other individuals would cover project managers.  Since some individuals would be deemed qualified to be part of a project, there will be some groups of people who are capable of handling your projects.  The four major categories of project managers include:  technical project management, financial, quality, and political.  autonomous includes the ability of the project organization as the individual managers do not take full responsibility for their work.  These managers make decisions in good attitudes and are flexible in their manner.  In this case, a good time management system is needed as your project may come with unique needs due to differences in initiatives of other managers.

directly covers the verbal communication and character of the supervisor throughout the project lifespan.  These managers are given specific responsibilities to the project and are permitted to step on them if the behavior of their team members are unacceptable.  In this case, the project manager may even have to do disciplinary action during business critical periods and might have to provide weekly status reports to all team members so they can stay abreast on the project.

proactively includes managerial decisions in real time.  Since the project organizational structure is not micromanaged; the manager’s decisions can be taken now and in the future.  These people are given project planning process.  The manager’s plan is implemented in order to bring into action any type of situation or problem.

unexpectedly covers the step which makes its way into the output stage.  These decision makers would be responsible to determine the particular decisions needed in order to solve the problems or concerns of their company, a department, or even the organization as a whole.  Many times, these employees do not work together as team members and project leaders.

If a company is able to solve these three issues, it can operate as a project management system.  In fact, many companies or businesses that have been operating without project management are now introducing the technology and choosing to make it part of their businesses.

It is now wise to recommend that any individual out there or company that is considering them self to learn the techniques of project management.  Technology is being initiated to be the project management system that everyone can count on to meet the companies’ needs and increase the productivity of the big companies.
