1922

1922 is a film based on an adaptation of books by Stephen King. The central character is Wilfred James, played by Tomáš Jane. He is a provincial man who manipulates his teenage son to help him kill his mother. There is money behind his motives. After they take a wild woman out of the world, the ranch where they live gradually becomes a scary place. Wilfred gradually becomes convinced that his wife is behind everything, who is chasing him from the grave.
