Popular YouTube gamer Lex Iwan recently raised over $300,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As part of his regular video game streams, Iwan collected substantial funds for the landmark children’s hospital.
St. Jude will use the funds to improve the lives of children diagnosed with cancer and other rare illnesses.

Type 1 Diabetes is a disease diagnosed from birth. It’s an auto-immune disease that causes the pancreas to produce little-to-no insulin. The exact cause of Type 1 Diabetes is unknown. It’s activated in children when their cells start to attract the pancreas.
More than 200,000 children throughout the United States have been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). St. Jude receives regular donations to break new ground in raising awareness for Type 1 Diabetes and helping children and their parents mitigate the disease.
