1. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main: JEE Main is the most popular engineering entrance exam in India. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded technical institutions. JEE Main 2023 will be conducted in two phases. Exam dates for Phase 1 are 24 to 31 Jan 2023 and Phase 2 will be conducted from 6 to 12 April 2023.
2. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced: JEE Advanced is the second stage of the JEE Main exam. It is conducted by one of the IITs and is the gateway to admission into the IITs and other top engineering colleges in India. Candidates who qualify JEE Main are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced 2023 will be conducted on 4 June 2023.
3. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT): BITSAT is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. BITSAT 2023 is expected to be conducted in March 2023.
4. VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE): VITEEE is conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. The last date to fill VITEEE 2023 Application form is 31 March 2023.
5. SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE): SRMJEEE is conducted by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. SRMJEEE 2023 will be conducted in three phases. The SRJMEEE 2023 exam dates for all three phases are:-
- Phase 1: 21 to 23 April 2023
- Phase 2: 10 & 11 June 2023
- Phase 3: 22 & 23 July 2023
6. Manipal Entrance Test (MET): MET is conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. MET 2023 Application forms are released. Aspirants can fill out the form through the official website. The last date for registration has not been released yet.
7. Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE): AEEE is conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. The application form for AEEE 2023 has been released on 18 November 2023. AEEE 2023 Exam Date is yet to be announced.
8. KIITEE: KIITEE is conducted by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. KIITEE Application Form 2023 can be filled out till 5 April 2023.
9. UPESEAT: UPESEAT is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses. The last date to fill UPESEAT Registration Form 2023 is extended to 31 July 2023.
10. WBJEE: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is a state-level engineering entrance exam conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). It is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering courses in the state of West Bengal. WBJEE Application window opened on 23 December 2023.
